To the Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex Assembled in the Generall Quarter Sessions att Hicks hall in and
for the said County

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Neotts Nuades in the County of Huntington

Sheweth


That by Virtue of [..] a warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of two of
his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex (Quorum unus)(whereof one is of the Quorum)
bearing date the Twentieth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven
hundred and thirty five Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of James Magayer and her two Children
(that is to say) Thomas< no role > Aged Eleven Years and Elizabeth< no role > aged Seven Years the Lawfull
Issue of the said James Magayer< no role > and Elizabeth his Wife were removed from the
Parish of Christ Church in this County of Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Neotts called in the sd Warrtor order the Parish [..] Saint Noades in the County of
Huntington as the Place of their last legall Settlement whereby your Petitioners Conceive
themselves agrieved and against the said warrant or Order do Appeal to this Court,

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray
that a Short day may be appointed this Present
Sessions to hear and determine the Matter touching
the said Appeal
