To the Right Worshipful his Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middlesex at the General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Giles without Cripplegate London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Warrant or Order under the hands
and Seals of John Milner< no role > and John Mercer< no role > Esqrs.
two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Eighteenth day
of June 1734. John Watson< no role > and Anne < no role > his Wife were removed
from the parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County
of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint Giles without
Cripplegate London as the place of the last legal
Settlement of the said John Watson< no role > & Anne his Wife

That your Petitoners Conceive themselves Aggreived by
the said Warrant or Order and humbly Appeal against
the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Pray
that your Worships will be pleased to Appoint
a day of this present Sessions that all parties
may Attend to hear and Abide the Judgment
and Determination of this Court for and
touching the said Appeal

And your Petitioners (as in duty bound) shall ever Pray
