Whereas Complaint hath been made by you the Church-Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish ofSaint
George Hanover Square unto us whose Hands
and Seals are hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(whereof one is of the Quorum) for theLibirty-aforesaid,

an Infant are
lately intruded& comeinto your said Parish ofSaint
George Hanover Square
there to inhabit as-Parishioner, contrary to the Laws relating to
the Settlement of the Poor, andarethere like to become charge-
able, if not timely prevented: And Whereas, upon due Examinati-
on and Enquiry made into the Premises,as also upon ye
Oath of ye said Ann Heany
It appears unto us, and we accordingly adjudge, That the said
Ann Heany & Child are
like to become chargeable unto the said Parish ofSt. George
Hanover Square and that the last legal Place of
Settlement of the saidAnn Heany & Child
is in the said Parish of
St. James Westmr

These are therefore in his Majesty's Name, to order and require you
the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. George Hanor. Square aforesaid, that you,
or some of you, do forthwith remove and convey the saidAnn
Heany & Child
from your said Parish ofSt. George
Hanr. Square to the said Parish ofSt. James
Westmr. andthemdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof; whereby they are likewise required in his Majesty's
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith to
receive the saidAnn Heany & Child
into their saidParishand provide forthem
as their own Parishioner, Given under our Hands and Seals, the
24thDay ofJune-in the Year of our
Lord One Thousand Seven-Hundred anythirty four
