of the Parish of St. George in the County of Middlesex
And to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Precinct of Hambleton in the County of Buckingham street

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto his
Maties Justices of the Peace of the Said County of Middx
(One being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George abovesaid
that Thomas Elberry< no role > aged about 8 years and William

Tho: Jones< no role >

Elberry aged about Five years the lawfull Issue of
Thomas Elberry< no role > and Anne< no role > his wife now both deced
were lately brought into the Said Parish endeavouring
to Settle them there contrary to Law and being left in
Poor and mean Circumstances they are become a Charge
to the Said parish which we adjudge to be Give
And whereas it appearreth unto us the said Justices
of the Peace upon Examinacon taken upon Oath
that Thomas Elberry< no role > the late Father of the Said two

Children was in his life time last legally Settled
in the Parish of Hambleton in the said County of Bucks
which we Defend and Adjudge to be Five therefore
we Adjudge the Said two Childrens (vizt) the Said Thomas< no role >
and William Elberry< no role > s Settlements to be there in Right
of their Said late Father And whereby Law they are to
be sent

These are therefore in his Maties
Name to will and require you to convey and Pass
the said Thomas Elberry< no role > and William from

your Said Parish of Saint George to the Parish of
Hambleton abovesaid and deliver them t the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor there or to Some or one of
them who are hereby required to provide for them
According to Law: Given under our hands & Seales
