Whereas Complaint hath been made unto his
Maties Justices of the Peace
of the Said County of Middx
(One being of the Quorum) by the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. George
abovesaid
that

his wife
now both deced
were lately brought into the Said Parish endeavouring
to Settle them there contrary to Law and being left in
Poor and mean Circumstances they are become a Charge
to the Said parish which we adjudge to be Give
And whereas it appearreth unto us the said Justices
of the Peace
upon Examinacon taken upon Oath
that

which we Defend and Adjudge to be Five therefore

of their Said late Father And whereby Law they are to
be sent
These are therefore in his Maties

your Said Parish of Saint George
to the Parish of

abovesaid and deliver them t the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor there or to Some or one of
them who are hereby required to provide for them
