Whereas Wm: Seale was Bound in Recognizance
Before the Worshipfull Val Hilder< no role > Esqr one of
his Majties Justices of the peace for the City
of West to Answer the Complaint of the Church
Warden and overseers of the parish of St Sepulchre
in the Said County for Unlawfully Begetting
Mary Budder< no role > wth Child & to Give Security whereby
to Indempnifie the Said parish this is to Certify
that the Said Mary Budder< no role > was Brought to
bed of A Male Child [..] on the 29th day
of January Last and is Since Dead The
Said parish being fully Satisfied and paid
all Expence Relateing to lyeing of The Said
Mary to the time of the Said Child Death as
Witness our hands ye 6th March 1733
