Oath as follows and first the said John Newton< no role >
saith That he did on
the Twelfth day of January last personally serve the within named
Susannah Fenn with a Notice Signed by the said Henry Crosse and
dated the same day at the Lodgings of her the said Susannah Fenn< no role >
in Riders Court near Crambone Alley Leicester Feilds
in the said
Parish of St. Anne
(a true Copy of which notice is within written)
And Also that he the said John Newton< no role >
. did on the Thirty first
day of the said month of January personally serve the said
Susannah Fenn with one Other Notice Signed by the said Henry Crosse
And dated the same Thirty first day of January at the Lodgings of
the said Susannah Fenn in Riders Court aforesaid (a true Copy
whereof is also within written) And he this Depont. the said John Newton< no role >
further saith That he did on the Fifth day of February instant Personally
Serve the said Susannah Fenn with one Other Notice Signed by the said
Henry Crosse and dated the same Fifth day of February at the Lodgings of
the said Susannah Fenn. in Riders Court aforesaid (a true Copy of which
last Menconed Notice is Also within written) And this Depont. the said
Henry Crosse Saith That the said Susannah Fenn. Did Neglect to Name
to him this Depont. the said Henry Crosse within the Space of three
Weeks Next after the said Twelfth day of January last Any workmen
Whatsoever to view the party wall menconed in the Notices whereof
the within written are one Copies and that thereupon he the said Henry
