At the Session of Oyer & Terminer of our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street
in the County aforesaid by adjornment on Saturday the Second
day of March in the Seventh year of the reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second King of Great Britain France and
Ireland Defender of the Faith.

against him for a fraud & Misdemeanour is to be
delivered paying his Fees 17s,,4d.

otherwise Pearson< no role > who was tryed & convicted upon an
Indictment against him for a trespass and Misdemeanour
and defrauding of St. Edward Deering< no role > Bart . of Five Guineas
is fined for the said Offence 1s. to be Estreated and he is to be Strippped Naked
from the Middle upwards and publickly whipped at a Carts
Taylethroughfrom Holborn Barrs unto and round Soho
Square at such timein this County between the hours of twelve of the clock at noon & two in the afternoon untill his body be bloody at such time
as the Sheriff of this County Shall forthwith appoint And
he is to Hand comitted and to be delivered to the Keeper oftothe House of Correction at Clerkenwell
in this County there to be Kept to hard Labour for the Space
of twelve Monthsandthen to be delivered paying his
Fees.
