Madam
I Intend at the Expiration of three Months form the date hereof to Pull
down the Dwelling house of which I am Owner Scituate Standing and
being on the south side of Church Street
in the Parish of St. Anne within
the Libty of Westminster
in the County of Middlesex
late in the Occupacon of
Dalmane widdow and to Rebuild the same And I Also think it,
Necessary and do intend at the Expiration of the said three Months to Pull
down the Old party wall between the said Dwelling house And one Other
Dwelling house Adjoining to it Scituate in the same Street Now in the
Occupacon of Bochard widdow And Others of which last
Menconed house you are or pretend to be owner And to Rebuild the
Same old Partition wall According to the Direcon of the Statutes in
that behalf made And I do hereby Desire you will take Notice of My said
Intentions To the End that the said Partition wall May within the
Space of one Month next after the date of this Notice be viewed by
four or more able workmen to be named Pursuant to the Direcon of
An Act of Parliment made in the Eleventh year of the Reign of
his late Majesty King George the first Entitled An Act for the Better
Regulateing of Buildings and to prevent Mischiefs that may happen
by Fire within the Weekly Bills of Mortality and Other Places
therein Menconed Dated this 12th. day of January
1733

at Eleven a Clock in the forenoon Meet any other workmen you shall
