It Appears to this Court that the said John Richardson< no role >
was bound
an apprentice to Moses Westbrook< no role >
then an InhabitantHouse keeperin the Parish
of Saint Andrews Holborn and that by Agreemt. between the sd. Westbrook
& Richardson the said Richardson was to provide himself with a Lodging
during his ApprenticeshipThat the said Apprentice during his
Continuance with his Said Master took severall Lodgings near his said
Master in the said Parish of Saint Andrews Holborn
in one of which
Lodgings which he [..] hired by the Week he continued for about three Months, but
sometimes was absent from his said Lodgings & lay sometimes a Night
at his Mothers at Kensington
and sometimes a Night at other
Places as his Work occasioned him but all that Time continued
his said Lodging in Saint Andrews Holborn
and generally lay there
And It does not Appear that the said John Richardson< no role >
had any other
Lodging or Inhabited in any other Parish for forty [..] Days during
his Apprenticeship save only his said Lodgings in Saint Andrews
Holborn
which this Court is of Opinion is Sufficient Inhabitancy
to gain a Settlement in the said Parish of Saint Andrews Holborn
this Court doth therefore allow of the said Appeal Etc.
