Honoured Sir

I most humbly intreet the favour that you would be pleasd
to take my deplorable condition into your charitable
consideration and that you would be Soe good as to take of
the court fees for which I have lain ever Sence december
Sesions Soe that I am almost ready to Starve and my wife and
children Sick and no frind in the world to help either them or my
Selfe. Sr Shope you will pardon this boldness from a poor
confind wretch who has no frind but God A mighty who Shope
will bless you and yours which will ever be the prayers of
