Sheweth

That your Petr. and her husband unfortunately differing
your Petr. procured him to be Confined in New Prison at Clerkenwell
on the Second of August last

That throug his long Confinement there he had the Goal
Distemper and now is in a Languishing and ill State of health

That your Petr. and her said husband are reconciled
and hope to Continue so

Your Petr. therefore most humbly beggs
that your Worships will Order her said
husband to be released from his said
Unhappy Confinement

And your Petr. shall ever pray Etc
