Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. James Westmr . in the County
of Middx

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass warrant or order under the hands
& Seals of Saml. Grey< no role > & Wm. Jones< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majesties
Justices of the Peace for the City & Libty of Westmr. bearing
date the 15th. day of August Instant Martha Taylor< no role > Singlewoman
Aged about Sixty years was Removed from & out of the Parish
of St Martin in the Feilds in the Libty of the City of Westmr.
in the said County of Middx to the said Parish of St. James As the
Place of her last legal settlemt. Whereby your Petrs. think
themselves Aggrieved

and therefore humbly Prays this Court
will please to Appoint a time for
Hearing & Determining the said Appeal
and that all persons Concerned may
Attend at the same times
