Sheweth

That your Poor Petr. and wife are so
reduced thro his long Confinement that
he not only lyes Starving in Goal but his
Poor wife and Children are also Starving
at home for want of your Petrs. daily
Labour they having no other dependance
for their bread

Yr. Pet. therefore beggs that
your Worships will Order
your Petr. to be discharged
without Fees otherwise he
must lye and Starve in Goal
for want
