To the Rt. Worshipl. his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middx now in General Quarter Sessions Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the ChurchWarden and Overseers of the Poor of
the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatton Garden and-
Ely Rents in the Parish of St. Andrew Holbour
in the said County of Middx

Sheweth

That Thomas Howard< no role > with Hannah < no role > his Wife and-
their two Children (vizt.) Elizabeth< no role > aged two Years & Thomas< no role >
aged Thirteen Months were by an Order or Pass Warrant
Dated the Twenty Sixth Day of September last under the
hands and Seals of Richard Manley< no role > and Thomas Robe< no role > Esqrs .
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County
of Middx (Quorum Unus) removed and conveyed from the
parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the said County to
the said Liberty of Saffron-Hill Watton Garden and Ely Rents
in the said parish of St. Andrew Holborn as the Place of their
last Legal Settlement

Your. Petrs. humbly conceive themselves
aggrieved thereby and Appeal from the
Judgement of the said two Justices to the
Judgment of this Honoble Court And desire a
Day of hearing may be appointed this
present Sessions And that all persons concerned
may be Ordered to Attend to hear and abide,
the Judgment and Determination of this
Court touching the said Appeal
