To the Rt. Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx. in their General Quarter
Sessions at Hicks's Hall Assembled.

The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the County
of Middx .

Sheweth.

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the
Hands & Seals of Cliffd. Willm. Phillips< no role > and Richd. Ricards< no role > Esqrs .
Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx -
(Quorum unus) being Date the Thirty first Day of July last Hannah
Dean
< no role > widow of John Dean< no role > & three Children (Vizt.) Elizabeth Dean< no role > aged
Eleven years Eleanor Dean< no role > aged Seven years & Ann Dean< no role > aged Eighteen
were removed from the Parish of St. Mary White Chappel in the Said County
of Middx to the Said Parish of St. Martin in the Fields as the Place of their
last Legal Settlement whereby Yor. Petrs. conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Therefore they humbly appeal to yor. Worships
against the said Pass warrant and Judgement of the said two Justices &
Pray that the Benefit of the Said Chppeal may be
Saved unto them untill the next General Quarter
Sessions of the Peace to be holden for the County of
Middlesex.

And Yor. Peticoners Shall ever Pray Etc.
