The humble Petitioner and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Margt
Westminster in the said County.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a pass Warrant under the hands
and Seals of Henry Norris< no role > and Samuel Tyssen< no role > Esqrs two of
his Maties Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middx bearing Date the Second day of October instant
James Bishop< no role > was removed from and out of the Parish
of St. Jno at Hackney in the said County to the said
Parish of St. Margaret Westminster he the place of
his Lawfull Settlement.

That Your Petitioners thinking themselves agreived
by the Judgement of the said Two Justices humbly appeal
to your Worships against the same.

Therefore humbly Pray your Worsp.
will please to Order, that the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St John at Hackney
may attend this Court some Day
this Quarter Sessions to hear and
abide the final Determination of
this Court touching the said Appeal
