named Dept. appealed & pleaded not Guilty
to the matter alleyed against him in the
Said Informacon menconed And upon hearing
all parties and the fact & Offence within [..] being fully proud both oath of Jeremiah forth< no role > We Do Copies of [..] We Do Adjudge the Sd. Dept.
Guilty of the Offence wch. in Meaconed And do
also Adjudge that he hath forfieted the
Said Sume of Thirty Six Pounds Fifteen
Shillings which We have Mitigeted and
Lessene'd to the Sum of fourteen Pounds Fourteen

Law Directs Dated under Our Hands as the
Red Lyon in New Brentford this 24th. day of
