Yard in ye Parish of St. Botolph Aldersgate without in the said County of Middlesex :
and to the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of theParish
of St George at Bloomsbury in the Said County of
Middlesex and to every of them, and to all others, whom these
may concern

WHEREAS it appeareth unto us, two of Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the said County of Middlesex (Quar Unus) by the
Complaint of the Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the
Liberty of Glass house Yard aforedin the said County, thatGeorge
Joseph
< no role > with Elizabeth< no role > his Wife , are
Lately come, and intruded into the saidLibertyofGlass house yard
Endeavouring to gain a Settlement there contrary to Law,
andan liberty tobecomes a great Charge to the SaidLiberty
which we adjudge to be true; and whereasby the examination of the
P: George Joseph taken upon Oath
it appear unto us, That the saidGeorge Joseph was
last legally Settled in the saidParish
ofSt. George at Bloomsburyand thathe
elsewhere: Therefore; we the said Justices, upon the Proof aforesaid, and other
Circumstances, do Adjudge and Deem the place of the last legal Settlement of
the saidGeorge Joseph with Elizabeth his Wife
to be in the saidParishofSt. George at Bloomsbury
and whither by Lawtheyought to be sent.

THESE are therefore, in his Majefty's Name, strictly to Charge and
Command you the said Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor
of the saidLiberty of Giles house yard as aforesaidor either of you,
forthwith to remove and Convey the saidGeorge Joseph< no role > and
Elizabeth his wise
from and out of. Your saidLibertyofGlass house yard aforesaidin and
to the saidParishofSt: George at Bloomsbury
and deliverthem(together with this Precept) to the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the Poor there, or some or one of them, who are hereby re
quired to receive and provide forthemaccording to Law.

Given under our Hands and Seals, the25thDay ofSeptbr
in thesixthYear of the Reign of our SovereignGeorge ye second
by the Grace of God, of Great-Britain, France and Ireland,KingDefen-
