WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you, the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
ofSt James Westminster.unto us whose Hands and Seals are
hereunto set, Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace (Quorum
unus) for the County aforesaid, that

on due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premissesas also
on the oath of the said
