The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St. Paul
Covt. Garden in the County of Middx

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of
Theod: Smith< no role > and H: Blagny Esqrs . Two of his Majties
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx (Quor
Unus) bearing Date the Seventeenth Day of March last
Ursula Harris< no role > Widow aged about Sixty years was removed
from the parish of St. Ann Westmr. in the said County of
Middx to the said parish of St. Paul Covent Garden in the
Same County as the place of her last legall Settlement

Your Petrs. thinking themselves agreived by the
aforesaid OrderJudgementof the said Two Justices of the Peace
and appeale to this Court against the same
Humbly pray that the Benefit of an Appeal may
be saved to them untill the next General Session
of the Peace for the said County of Middx
