the said Countydid accordingwherein It is expressed
that they the said two Justices did according to the form
of the Statute in that case made & provided nominate
& appoint approve of & confirm Henry Howard< no role >

substantial House holders within the sd. parish of St.
James Clerkenwell Overseers of the poor of the sd
parish of St. James Clerkenwell together with the
Churchwardens for this present yeare one thousand
seven hundred & thirty one And that the sd Henry
Howard< no role > William Coates< no role > John Burdett< no role > & John
Godfrey< no role > were thereby nominated & appointed
approved of & confirmed Overseers of the poor of the
said Parish for this present yeare And they are
thereby required to act according to the directions of
the Statute in that case made & provided, And
upon hearing of Councell for the sd. Appellants
against the said nominacon & appointment
