Informacon being given unto this Court by Mr Nathaniel Blackerby< no role > Esqr . Chairman one of the Committee of his
Maties. Justices of the peace of this County appointed
to oversee the Hay Market in the parishes of St. Martin
in the fields & St. James within the Liberty of Westmr.
in this County acquainted they bound by ordr [..] that the said Hay Market (as the
Samewas into [..] be [..] hath been isdistinguished ascertained by Boundary Posts
lately sett up in pursuance of an Order of Court as
the Hay Market interned directed by a late Act of Par [..]
to be repaired [..] of the [..] money thereof, and as
the same is thereby distinguished from the residue of
the pablick street called the Hay Market ) hath
been repaired new paved by Mr. John Mist< no role >
Pavior pursuant to a contract by him in that
behalfe made Butthat the Inhabitants ofthe residue aforesaid
shall upper end of the
of the said publick street called the Hay Market [..]
whose houses are dcoluded by the Toll [..] late by
set up by Order of they Court [..] that their
[..] that the same is part of the Hay Market
houses are [..] ye [..] of the sd Hay Market
intended by the said Act of Parliamt. to be repaired
and that the pavements before then Doors ought to
out of the Toll money of the same and is [..]
further Acquainted their Court That the Pavement to
the pavement thereof is very much out of repaire
