P adjorn Jovis 15o. die Octobris 1730

It is Ordered by this Court that the matter of the
Report of Sr. William Ogborne< no role > Knt. Andrew Osborne< no role >
& John Martin< no role > Esqrs. three of his Maties Justices of the
peace of this County touching the Assessment made
by the Court of General Quarter Sessions of the peace
for the said County upon the several places within
the Tower LIberty alledged to be within the
Tower Division in this County for raiseing of money for the passing & releiving of Vagrants be taken into
consideracon on the County day of the next
General Sessions of the peace for the said County,
And that Philip Betty< no role > Gent high Constable of
the Tower Division aforesaid doe attend this
Court on the same day at one of the clock in the
afternoon touching the matter [..] in question,
