These are to Certifye That at the Genrall Sessions
of the peace holden at Hicks Hall in St. John street in
& for the County of Midd on Monday the first day of
December last past Thomas Robe< no role > Esqr: then & yet one of
his Majties: Justices of the peace for the sd. County of had it
did Certifye a Recognizance Condiconed That Anthony
Langford
< no role > should Psonally appear at the sd. Genrall
Sessions of the peaceto beholden for the County of [..]
then & there to Answer to the Complaint of Francis
Symmonds
< no role > for Assaulting him at wch. same Sessions the
sd. Anthony Langford< no role > did not appear according to the Condicon
of the sd. Recognizance And these are further to Certifye
that at the same Sessions above menconed the said
Anthony Langford< no role > was & stands Indicted for a Trespass
& assault upon the sd. Francis Simmons< no role > To which
Indictmt. he the sd. Anthony Langford< no role > has not as yet
appeared or pleaded Dated this 14th day of November
1730
