thereby further Ordered, that the Peticoners or their Agent or Agents
should be at liberty in the mean time at the vestry Room of the said
parish to inspect the poors Rates, Scavengers Rates and books above
menconed for those years, and at their charge to take copys of the
same or such part thereof as they should think fit, And the said
Churchwardens Overseers of the poor and Scavengers were required
for that purpose there to produce the said respective Rates and books
to the peticoners or some or one of them or the Agent or Agents
concerned for the peticoners in that behalf And whereas the hearing
and determining the matter of the said appeale was adjourned by
the Court of this present General Quarter Sessions of the peace holden
for this County by adjornment on the said thirteenth day of October
instant untill this present Thurday the fifteenth day of the same
Month of October , Now upon hearing of what was alledged by
Councell for the peticoners and also by Councell for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish touching the premisses
This Court in Order to compromize the matters in difference
between the parties Doth Order that it be And It is hereby recomended
and referred unto Samuel Jones< no role > Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > Rebort De [..]

both Order to be produced unto them and to enquire the whether the prsent pars Rate be equall & just [..] such Rate [..] uall then to consider wt Rate will be most [..] And to [..]
be made for releife of the poor of the said to [..]

And that and also to see ififany person or persons be over assessed in the [..]
shall have paid more money than ought to have been paid [..]
any person or persons therein justy assessed shall have paid the
moneys therein assessed on them, the money soe paid by the
said person or persons respectively shall be allowed to them
respectively upon the next poors Rate of the [..] said parish, and
