to be heard & determined by the County of the the sd
last Quarter sessions on wednesday the twenty sixth
day of August then next at ten of the clock in the
forenoon, And by an Order made by the same Court
on that day the hearing & determining the matter of
the said appeale was adjourned untill this present
General Quarter sessions of the peace holden for this
County by adjornment on this present Tuesday the thirteenth
day of October instant at ten of the clock in the
forenoon, And It was by the said Order further
Ordered that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the said parish should produce the poors Rates
of the said parish for this present yeare and for the
yeare last past before the Court at the same time
And that they or the scavengers of the said parish
should alsoe produce the scavengers Rates of the sd
Parish and books while doe contain the rent of
each Inhabitant from which the scavengers Rate
was made for those yeares before the Court at the
time aforesaid, And It was thereby further Ordered that
the Petrs. or their Agent or Agents should be at liberty
in the mean time at the vestry Room of the sd. parish
to inspect the Poors Rates scavengers Rates & books
above menconed for those yeares, and at their charge
to take copys of the same or such part thereof as
they should think fit, And the sd Churchwardens
Overseers of the poore & scavengers were required
for that purpose there to produce the sd. respective
Rates & books to the Petrs. or some or one of them or
the Agent or Agents concerned for the Petrs. in that
behalfe, And whereas the hearing & determining
the matter of the said appeale was adjourned by
the Court of this present General Quarter sessions of
the peace holden for this County by adjourmt. on the
said thirteenth day of October instant untill this
present Thursday the fifteenth day of the same Month
of October, Now upon hearing of what was alledged
