This Court in order to Compromise the matters in Difference
between the Partys both order that it be & it is hereby recommended
& referred unto Samuel Jones< no role > Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > Robert Dennett< no role > Stephen Hall< no role > Thomas [..] Exelbee < no role > Allexander Garrott< no role > & John Martyn< no role > Esqrs. Seven
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County or any five of them
to assemble & meet together at such times & Places as they shall in this
behalf appoint & to Inspect the respective rates & books above menconed
(which this Court doth Order to be produced unto them) & to Enquire whether
the prsent Poors rate be Equall & Just & is it shall appear to them that
such rate is unequall then to consider what rate will be most fair
& Just in respect to the Circumstances of the sd. Parish And also to see if
any Person or Persons be over assessed in the prsent Poors rate shall
& here much they h are are rated & what they have [..]
have paid more money than ougt. to have beenpaid And to the End that
such Equall & Just Rate may be made for relief of the Poor of the sd. Parish
as is above Directed ye Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish and other Persons concerned are required to Attend the Justices of
the Peace above named or any five of them touching the primsses at
such times & places as they shall in that behalf appoint who are hereby
desired to proceed touching the mattersreferred tothem hereby referred
to make their report in writeing touching the said respective matter & unto the Court of
genrll Quarter sessions of the Peace for this County.

And is it shall appear upon such report yt. the prsent Rate is unequall & that any Pson
or Psons have had the money on them assessed towards such rate then the same
shall be allowed to them respectively on the next Poors rate for the said Parish
