WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us two of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of Mid-
dlesex, (Quorum Unus) by the Church Wardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn, above the Bars in
the said County; ThatHenry Dowell< no role > Son of Henry Dowell< no role >
deced by his wife Mary< no role > (deced ) aged about Eight Years
has lately been left in the
[..] said Parish endeavoring to settle there contrary
to Law: And it appeareth unto Us the said Justices, and we do
Adjudge, Thathe islikely to become chargeable to the
said Parish, and upon Examination ofElizabeth Heath< no role >
taken upon Oath;
it further appeareth unto Us, and we do likewise Adjudge, That
the Parish of St. Michael Bassishaw London
is the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the saidHenry Dowell< no role > whither
by Law he ought to be sent
These are therefore in His Majesty's Name, to Charge and Command
the Church-Warden and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of
St. Andrew, Holborn, above the Bars , forthwith to remove and con-
vey the saidHenry Dowell< no role >
from the said Parish of St. Andrew, Holborn, above the Bars , to the
said Parish ofSt. Michael Bassishaw London
and deliverhim
to the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some
or one of them who are hereby required to provide for
according to Law: Given under our Hands and Seals theThirteenth
Day ofAugustAnno Dom.1730

to the Church-Warden and Overseers of the Poor of
the respective Parishes of St. Andrew, Holborn, above the
Bars , in the County of Middlesex , And St. Michael
Bassishaw Londonand to all other
Officers whom it may Concern
