Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish touching the premissesThis Court doth order
that in order to compromize the matters in difference
between the parties Doth Order that it be And It
is hereby recomended & referred unto samuel
Jones< no role > Nicholas Jeffreys< no role > Robert Dennett< no role > stephen Hall< no role > Thomas Exelbee< no role > Alexr. Garrett< no role > & John Martin< no role > Esqrs. seven of his Maties Justices of the peace
for this County to assemble or any five of them to
assemble & meet together at such times & places as
they shall in that behalfe this behalfe appoint,
And to inspect the P respective Rates & books above
menconed (which this Court both order to be produced undo them) And to see that such a Rate be made
for releife of the poor of the said parish as shall
be equal & just with respect to the circumstances
of the said parish, And that and also to see if any person or persons or over assessed in
the last Rate [..] poors Rate or shall have paid more money
than ought to have been paid, or any person [..]
or persons therein justly charged assessed shall have paid the moneys therein assessed on such
assessment, the moneys soe respectively paid by the
sd. such person or persons respectively shall be allowed to them
respectively upon the next P Poors Rate of the said
parish And to the end that such equal & just Rate
