of the said appeale And that they & all persons

Judgmt. & determinacon of this Court touching
the said appeale Now upon hearing of what
was alledged by Mr. Serjeant Baynes of Councell
for the said Appellants forasmuch as it appeareth to
this court by the Oath of Robert Day< no role >

on the thirteenth day of this instant October
he
delivered a true copy of the said peticon & appeale
and Order of this Court to Mr. Oswald Saw< no role >
Churchwarden
of the said hamlet of Bethnall Green
at this dwelling
house in the said hamlet, And for that neither the
Churchwarden nor overseers of the poor of the sd.
hamlet of Bethnall Green
nor any of them nor
any other person on their or any of their behalfe
doe appeare in this Court to be heard touching
the matter in question upon the said appeale
This Court doth thereupon allow of the said
appeale, And doth vacate & discharge the
aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the peace
and the same is hereby vacated & discharged
accordingly, And this Court doth Order that the
Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Christ
Church
forthwith remove & convey the said
Susanna Claris< no role >
from their said Parish to the sd.
Parish ofhamlet of Bethnal Green
and deliver
her to the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
said hamlet of Bethnall Green
or one of them with
a copy of this Order, who are hereby required to
receive the said Susanna Claris< no role >
into their care
and to provide for her when she wants releife as
