P adjorn Jovis 15o. die Octobris 1730

Richard Browne< no role > & Jacob Harvey< no role > Esqrs. two of his
Maties Justices of the peace for this County not
being present at Hicks hall on this day according
to the desire of his Maties Justices of the peace of
the said County signifyed to them by a letter
from the Clerk of the peace upon the occasion
herein after menconed, It is Ordered by this Court
that another letter be written by the Clerk of the
peace to the said Mr. Browne & Mr. Harvey to
acquaint them thatthey desire thehis Maties
Justices of the peace of this C unty desire the favour of their
company at Hicks hall at dinner on Thursday
the third day of December next at one of the clock
in the afternoon, And that they will be pleased
after dinner to explain themselves touching a certain
matter of complaint made by Richard Manley< no role > Esqr .
one of his Maties Justices of the peace of the said
County of their doeing the parochial busyness of the
parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate (tho' they [..] live
in the parish of St. Mary Islington ) without the notice
or privity of the said Mr. Manley (who is willing &
ready to act in such matters in his said parish of
St. Giles without Cripplegate where he resides)
and not in any petty Sessions or publick Meeting
where the said Mr. Manley can have an opportunity
of being present, contrary to the recomendatory
Order of the Court desiring Justices to confine
themselves to their parishes & Divisions upon such
occasions,
