To the Right Worshipfull His Majtys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middx in their
Generall Quarter Sessions assembled.

The Humble Petition & Appeale of the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate London.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under
the Hands & Seales of John Milner< no role > & John [..]
of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County of [..]
(Quor unus) bearing Date the Twelfth Day of this instant
January , Anne Wilson< no role > the Widow of Andrew Wilson< no role >
deceased was removed from the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the County of Middx aforesaid unto the Parish
of St. Bottolph without Bishopgate London alledging
the said Parish of St. Bottolph without Bishopsgate
to be the Place of her last legall Settlement.

That your Peticoner Conceiving themselves
agrieved by the said Warrant or Order of the
said Two Justices Do therefore appeale to
your Worps therefrom, and humbly pray
that you will be pleased to hear them in
the prmisses, and order That the Churchwardn:
& Overseers of the Poor of the said Parrish of
St. Giles in the Fields in the said County of
Middx may appear before you at a certain
Day by your Worps to be appointed to hear
& abide the Judgment [..]
your Worps touching this Appeale

And your Peticoners shall pray Etc.
