Generall Quarter Sessions assembled.

The Humble Peticon & Appeale of ye.
Churchwardens & Overseers of ye. Poor
of the Parish of St. Botolph without
Bishopsgate London

Sheweth

That by Virtue an Order or Pass [..]
Hands & Seale of Two of His Majesty's Justices
Peace for the County of Middx (Quor unus) bearing-
Date the Twelfth Day of this instant January John
Corsbey
< no role > & Katherine< no role > his Wife were removed from
the Hamblet of Spittle fields in the County of Middx
unto the Parish of St Botolph without Bishopsgate
London , alledging the said Parish of St. Botolph
without Bishopsgate to be the last Place of their
legall Settlement.

That your Peticoners Conceiving themselves
agrieved by the said Warrant or Order of the
said Two Justices Do therefore Appeale to yor.
Worps therefrom, and humbly pray That you
will be pleased to hear them in the prmisses
and order That the Churchward wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said [..]
Spittle fields [..]
appear before you at a certain Day
appointed, to hear & abide the Judg [..]
Determinacon of yor. Worps touching this
Appeale.

And yor. Peticoners shall pray Etc.
