Upon heareing of the appeale of the Churchwardn.
& Overseers of the poor of the hamlet of Ratcliffe
in the parish of Stepney in this County against
an Order under the hands & seales of Samuel
Jones
< no role > & Stephen Martin Leake< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the said County
(Quorum unus) beareing date the twenty
seventh day of December last whereby
Katherine Taylor< no role > the widow of Josiah Taylor< no role >
deced was removed from the hamlet of Poplar &
Blackwall in the said parish of Stepney in the
said County to the said hamlet of Ratcliffe as
the place of her legall settlement, And upon
heareing of what was alledged by Councell
for the Inhabitants of the said 1 hamlet of
poplar & Blackwall & alsoe by Councell
for the Inhabitants of the said hamlet of
Ratcliff This Court doth disallow of the said
appeale And doth ratify & confirm the
aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of
the peace, and the same is hereby ratifyed &
confirmed accordingly, And this Court doth
require the Churchwarden & Overseers of the
poor of the said hamlet of Ratcliff & all persons
concerned to yeild due obedience thereunto,
