To the Churchwarden and Overseers of the
poor of the Hamlett of Poplar and Blackwal
in the Parish of Stepney in the County of Middx
and to all others whome these may Concern

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us
whose Hands and Seals are hereunto Sett Two of his
Majts. Justices of the peace for the said County (Quor un)
by you the said Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor of
the said Hamlett that Josiah Taylor< no role > and Katherine< no role >
his Wife did lately come into the said Hamlett Endeavouring-
to Settle themselves there Contrary to Law And whereas it
appeareth unto us the said Justices that the said Josiah
Taylor
< no role > is Dead and that no legall Settlement of his can
be found and that the said Katherine Taylor< no role > is actually
become chargeable to the said Hamlett and it also appeareth
unto us upon Oath that the said Katherine Taylor before
her Intermarriage with her said late Husband was last
legally settled in the Hamlett of Ratcliffe in the Parish
of Stepney in the County of Middx . aforesaid which place
wee do adjudge to be the legall Settlement of the said
Katherine Taylor< no role > .

These are therefore in his Majts. Name to
will and require you as some or one of you forthwith an
sight hereof to remove and Convey the said Katherine Taylor< no role >
from and out of the said Hamlett of Poplar and Blackwall
to the Hamlett of Ratcliffe in the Parish of Stepney in
the County of Middx : aforesaid and her there leave with
the Churchwarden and Overseers of the poor of some or
one of them who are hereby required her to receive and
provide for according to Law. And hereof faile not at
your Perils Given under our hands and Seals the 27th.
