and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Margaret Westmr. in the said County

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant Under the
hands and Seals of Ja Jenyns< no role > Ja Clitherow< no role > Esqr . two of his-
Maties Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx bearing
Date the 4th day of January Anno Dui 1727 . Elizabeth
Herring< no role > was removed from and out of the Parish of Heese in
the said County to the said Parish of St. Margaret of Westmr.
as the Place of her Lawfull Settlement.

That your Petrs. thinking themselves Agreived by the
Judgment of the said two Justices humbly appeal to your
Worships against the same.

Therefore humbly Pray your Worsp.
will Please to Order That the Church
Wardens & Overseers of the Poor of.
the said Parish of Heese may attend
this Court some day this Quarter Sesss.
to hear and abide the final
Determination of this Court touching
