wardens and Overseers ofthe poor of the said Parish
of St. Andrew Holborn above the Barrs & sd. County
unto us whose Hands and Seals are hereunto set two of his Majesty'
Justices of the Peace (Quorum unus) for theCounty
aforesaid, thatRichard Goddard< no role > has

lately intrudedhimselfeinto your saidParish
ofSt. Andrews Etcthere to inhabit asaParishioner [..]
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, andto
to become Chargeable, if not timely prevented [..]

Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith
