in their Generall Quarter Sessions assembled

The humble Peticon & Appeale of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. Parishes
by the Exchange in the City of London

Sheweth,

That by Virtue of [..] any other
the Hands & Seales of Robert Jackson< no role > [..]
Osborne Esqrs . Two of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx (Quor nuns) bearing Decte the
Third Day of this instant January Margaret
Brownrigg
< no role > the Widow of Jeremiah Brownrigg< no role > & her
three Children (vizt) Jeremiah< no role > aged about Nine
Years, Frances< no role > aged about four years & Sarah< no role > aged
about Nine Weeks, the lawfull Issue of the sd. Jeremiah
Brownrigg
< no role > & Margaret< no role > his Wife , were removed from
the Parish of St. Mary Whitechappell in the County of
Middx unto the Parish of St. Bartholomew by the
Exchange London , alledging the said Parish of St.
Bartholomew to be the last place of their legall
Settlement.

That your Peticoners concerning themselves
agrieved by the said Warrant or Order of the
said Two Justices Do therefore Appeale to yor.
Worps therefrom & humbly pray that you
be pleased to bear themin the [..]

the Poor of the said Parish of [..]
in the said County of Middx worshipp
you at a certain Day to be appointed to he [..]
abide the Judgment & Determinacon of yor.
