The Information of George Moore< no role > of the Parish
of St. Martins in the Fields in the County of Middx
Gunsmith liveing at the sign of the Crosse & Crown
near the Meuse Gate who upon his Oath saith
That betwixt the Houres of Eight & Nine in
the Evening on Wednesday the Twenty Second day
of November instant he this Dept. Did see a
Soldier whose Name this Dept. is informed & verily
beleives to be Wm. Lister< no role > take hold of Edmund
Wright
< no role > Son of Tho: Wright< no role > (liveing at the three
Pidgeons at Charing Crosse ) Cooke wth. his hand by
his Neck and throw him down and wth. his foot Stamp
upon him Several times whereupon the said Edmud.

< no role > cryed out help, help, for God's Sake or
else I shall be murdered (or in words to that Effect)
upon which the said Wm. Lister< no role > Quitted the sd. Edmund
Wright
< no role > butand runn away And this Informant
saith that the sd Assault was comitted in manner
aforesd. wth. out any manner of Provocation
wt. soever given by the sd. Edmund Wright< no role > to the sd.
Wm. Lister< no role > as this Dept. knoweth of or beleiveth
