The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Margaret Westminster in the sd. County

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant Under the hands
and Seals of William Gore< no role > Esqr. and Sir John Colebatch< no role > two
of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middx bearing Date the 28th day of October Anno Dui
1727. Elizabeth Young< no role > Aged about Eight and Twenty Yrs.
Wife of Thomas Young< no role > was removed from and out of the
Parish of St. Martin in the Fields in the Said County of the
Said Parish of St. Margaret Westmr. as the place of her
Lawfull Settlement.

That Your Petr. thinking themselves agrieved by the
Judgment of the said Two Justices humbly Appeal to your
Worships against the Same.

Therefore humbly Pray your Worsps
will Please to Order That the Church
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Martin in the
Fields may attend this Court Some
day this Quarter Sessions to hear and
abide the final Determination of this
Court touching the said Appeal.

And Your Petrs. Shall ever pray Etc.
