The humble Peticon & Appeale of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of ye.
Poor of the Parish of St. Christopher
in the City of London.

Sheweth,

That by Virtue of an Order or Pass Warrant under the
Hands and Seals of Two of His Majesty's Justices of ye
Peace for the County of Middx (Quor unus) bearing
Date the Twenty Ninth Day of July last past , Elizabeth
Hill< no role > Widow , was removed from the Parish of St. Andrew
Holborn in the County of Middx unto the said Parish
of St. Christopher London alledging the said Parish
of St. Christopher to be the Place of her last legall
Settlement.

That Your Peticoner Concerning themselves
agrieved by the said Warrant or Order of the
said Two Justices Do therefore appeale to yor.
Worps therefore & humbly pray That your
Worps will be pleased to hear them in the
prmissed, & order That the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish of
St. Andrew Holborn in ye County of Middx
aforesaid may appear before you at a
certain Day by Yor. Worps to be appointed
to hear & abide the Judgment and
Detrminacon of Yor. worps. touching this
Appeale.
