Whereas the Overseers of the poor of the Liberty of
Norton Folgate in this County exhibited their
humble peticon & appeale unto this Court
at this present Generall Sessions of the peace
holden for the said County on Monday
the fourth day of December instant setting forth
that by Order under the hands & seales of two
of his Maties. Justices of the peace for the sd. County
(Quorum unus) beareing date the fifth day of
October last John Faircloth< no role > was removed from
the hamblet of Spittlefields in the said County to
the said Liberty of Norton Folgate as to the place
of his last legal settlement, And that the Petrs.
thought themselves aggreived by the sd. Order,
and humbly appealed to this Court against
the same, which appeale was appointed to be
heard & determined by this Court on this
present Thursday the seventh day of December
instant , Now upon heareing of what was
alledged by Councell for the Inhabitants of the
