and most of her other necessarys from her and
pawned them, neither hath the petrs. Master work
whereby to instruct the petr. in the Art of a Childs
Coatmaker , And the Petr. therefore prayed that this
Court would be pleased to make an Order that
the Petr. may be discharged from her sd. apprenticehood
and that her said Master [..] may be obliged to
return such money to the petrs. parents as to this
Court shall seem meet, where with they may be
enabled to provide otherwise for the petr.
whereupon It was Ordered by this Court that
the said Thomas Spurway< no role > & Sarah< no role > his wife
should attend this Court on this present Friday
the seventh day of July instant to shew cause
why the said Margaret Christian< no role > should not
be discharged from her apprenticehood to the said
Thomas Spurway< no role > & Sarah his wife, and be
releived in the premisses in such manner as
this Court should think Just, Now upon hearing
of what was alledged by the said Margaret
Christian
< no role > & her Councell, and alsoe by the said
Thomas Spurway< no role > & Sarah his wife and their
Councell, and upon examinacon of severall
persons upon their Oaths touching the premisses
Forasmuch as it appeareth to this Court that the
said Thomas Spurway< no role > & Sarah his wife or
either of them have not instructed nor caused
the said Margaret Christian< no role > to be instructed in
the Art or trade of a Childs Coatmaker [..]
nor found & provided for the sufficient cloaths
& wearing apparrell as they or one of them ought
to have done, and that the said Thomas Spurway< no role >
hath pawnedrings, and the cloaths &
