Christian
< no role > , It is Ordered by this Court that she the
said Margaret Christian< no role > be and she is hereby
absolutely discharged of & from her said
apprenticehood to the said Thomas Spurway< no role > &
Sarah< no role > his wife , And It appeareing to this Court
that the sume of sixteen pounds was paid on
behalfe of the said Margaret Christian< no role > unto
him the said Thomas Spurway< no role > for his takeing
her to be an Apprentice as aforesaid, It is
further Ordered by this Court that the said Thomas
Spurway
< no role > doe forthwith refund & pay unto the
said Margaret Christian< no role > the sume of fivepoun
pounds part of the said sume of sixteen pounds
to him paid as aforesaid to the intent that the
said Margaret Christian < no role > may be putt forth
Apprentice to some other person to be instructed
in the said Art of a Childs Coatmaker , And
that he the sd. Thomas Spurway< no role > doe forthwith
deliver unto the said Margaret Christian< no role >
all her cloaths & weareing
apparrell, And wee whose hands & seales are
hereunto sett being four of his Maties. Justices of the
peace for this County (Quorum unus) present at the said Sessions
have pronounced & declared and doe pronounce &
declare that for the reason aforesaid wee have
discharged and doe accordingly discharge the said
Margaret Christian< no role > of & from her sd. apprenticehood
to the sd. Thomas Spurway< no role > & Sarah his wife, Dated
under our hands & seales the sd. seventh day of July in
the said first yeare of the reign of his present Maties. King
George the second ,
