Upon reading of the humble peticon & appeale of the
Church wardens & Overseers of the poor of the Town
of preston in the County of Lancaster exhibited
unto this Court settingforth that by Warrant or
Order under the hands & seales of Robert Jackson< no role >
and Edward Grose< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices of
the peace for the County of Middx (Quorum unus)
beareing date the fifteenth day of May last past

(menconed in the said Order or warrant to be the
lawfull Issue of John Parkinson< no role > & Judith< no role > his
wife deced) were removed & conveyed from
the parish of St. Mary Whitechapple in the said
County of Middx to the said Town of Preston
by the name of the Town & parish of Preston
in the said County of Lancaster as the place of
their last legall settlemt. And that the Petrs.
finding themselves aggreived by the sd. Warrant
or Order of the said two Justices doe appeale
to this Court against the same,AndWhereupon
