To the Sheriff of the County of Midd

[..] Those are to Certifie that at the General
Quarter Sessions of the peace holden at Hicks Hall in St John street in & for the County
of Midd by adjornmt. on this thirteenth day of July anno [..] [..] Prsent day before whose hands
Dui 1726 and in the twelfth neare of the reign of our
sovereign Lord George King of Gent Britann the before
us whose hands ar hereunto set & others his Maties Justices of the peace
for the sd County. It did appear unto us by a Certificate
under the hand of peter walter< no role > Esqr Clerk of the
peace & of the Goal Delivery of [..] the sd County That at
the Sessions of Goal Delivery of Newgate holden for
the County of Midd at Justice hall in the Old Baily
in the Suburbs of the City of London on Wednesday
the second day of March last past William Gates< no role >
comonly called Unlcam was brought into that Court
being attainted of Felony for not Surrendring
him self to any of Justices of his Maties Court
of Kings Bench or to any one of his Maties Justices
of the peace for the County of Midd within the Space
of Fourty days pursuant to an Order of his Matie
made in Council bearing date the twentieth day of
July last past contrary to the form of the Statute in such
Case made & perded And that the said William Gates< no role >
being asked what he could say why Execucon should
not be awarded against him upon the said Attainder
He the said William pleaded that he was not the
person menconed in the said Order his Matie made in Council That
thereupon a Jury was Imparelled & Sworn to Try the
