Butler & Jon Mills< no role > It appeared that some of the
[..] one of the piles was not driven soe deep
as it ought to have been, wee doe hereby direct
the sd Wm. Forten< no role > [..] to draw what piles he
two piles on each side of the Barge lock and
if it [..] shall appeare that theysuch piles are not
driven soe deep as they ought to have been
Then and in such case wee doe Order &
direct the sd. Wm. Forte< no role > n to cause all the piles
already driven to be drawn up and to [..]
the pilesbe driven as deep asten foot deep And wee doe alsoe Order him
deep, Andto measure all & every the piles [..] are to be driven in pursuance of the said Articlesduely pilebefore
the same be driven which are alsoe to be driven ten
[mark] driven,foot deep Given under our hands the ninth
day of August in the yeare of our Lord 1726
