and discharged the sd Parish of St: Anne, of and from
all Costs and Charges, that may hapen and acrue
hereafter, to the sd Parish of St: Anne touching such
Bastard Child or Children as aforesd. Therefore
humbly pray that the sd John Smith may be
discharged from his sd Recognizance. Witness our
