Upon heareing of the appeale of the Churchwarden &
Overseers of the poor of the Liberty of saffron hill
in the parish of St. Andrew Holbourne in this County
against an Order under the hands & seales of Robert
Dennett
< no role > & Edward Grose< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties. Justices
of the peace of the said County (Quorum unus)
beareing date the twenty first day of May last
whereby Ann Robinson< no role > the Widdow of John Robinson< no role >
deced & her child named Ann Robinson< no role > aged eight
yeares were conveyed from the hamlett of Wapping
Stepney in this County to the said Liberty of saffron
hill in the sd. parish of St. Andrew Holbourne as
the place of the settlement of the sd. Ann Robinson< no role >
Widdow & her said daughter in right of her said
late husband John Robinson< no role > , And upon heareing of
what was insisted on by Councell for the Inhitants
of the said hamlett of Wapping Stepney & alsoe by
Councell for the Inhabitants of the said Liberty
of saffron hill This Court doth dismiss the said
appeale, And doth ratify &confirm the aforesaid
Order of the said two Justices of the peace, and the
same is hereby ratifyed & confirmed accordingly,
And this Court doth require the Churchwarden and
Overseers of the poor of the said Liberty of saffron hill
& all persons concerned to yeild due obedience
thereunto.
