in his Maties. Courts of Law, the sd petty Constables Headboroughs doe personally
attend and return such lists fairly written as
aforesaid to high Constable of the Division
in which they reside at such time & place as he
shall for that purpose appoint, which lists are to be
carefully examined and corrected by the sd. high Constable and
to be retorned to the Court of the next Generall
Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for this
County in the week after Michas next on the
first day of the same sessions, And in case hereofthe said
petty Constables & Headboroughs are notshall
make default in the premisses they are to be
proceeded against for the same as the Law in
such case directs
